Out of the office. Please note that I will be out of the office four days next week. I’ll be at a conference Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday (7/13 – 7/15) and I’ll be in a workshop all day on Friday (7/17).

Reminder

• Completed time cards for the period of 7/1 – 7/15 are due to Stacy Drake on Monday, 7/13. Do not leave time cards in my mailbox, as I will not be here.
• Electronic time entry for this period must be completed by Thursday, 7/16.
  

Letters of Agreement. Letters of Agreement (LOAs) are in your mailboxes. Please complete your LOA, sign it and return it to me right away. Remember that payment is ALWAYS generated by means of time cards or electronic time entry (as applicable). You will not be paid if you do not submit your time as directed.


Information needed – reminder. In a meeting the other day, we were discussing the large and small challenges (and surprises) that people have when they come to the U.S. If you could have a brief discussion with your students about what they found to be challenging and/or unexpected when they first came to the U.S., and then let me know the results, it would be very helpful. Thank you to those who have already responded!
