Basic English and credit coursework

About 18% of the BE students go on to credit ESL. As far as the College is concerned, that is the primary goal, and we certainly want to encourage that option. However, that may not be everyone's goal. Some people already have university degrees; they just need to know English. Therefore, I prefer to think that we help open the option of credit coursework, as well as encourage students who need their GED and/or improved English for work and daily living.
